Here is a pic of my car. Current mods in order that they were performed are: tinted windows (3M carbon film), lowered with Herrod springs, ST170 lower grill, Infocus skirt kit, Morette headlights.

Next on the list I will be looking at a custom cat-back exhaust, and some 18" rims of some sort.

Wow, nice car. I wouldnt do a 18" on the car, if u change the suspension as i 've done, it wont be much COMFORT while driving it. Anyway just a suggestion ... [thumb]

very nice. im impressed. i wanna get those lights on my zetec (machine silver!!, heh heh, to tell the truth i wanted ink blue...so i like silver and blue flame just the same...though i like being kinda different!) if i were you (and im not.....) i would leave the stock rims on....they look great in that photo at least....plus they'll perform better all round that larger rims will...
just a quick question to you guys....how exactly to you change the side indicators...are they clipped on or glued or what? cos i wanna get the st170 clear items....

I just got my clear side indicators. They clip just clip in. There is a section in the owners manual on how to remove them in the section on how to change the indicator bulbs. I also remember reading on another site a while ago to use a credit card wrapped in a hankerchief to try and stop any scratching of the paint.

You know he has a Machine Silver clone of your car right, all the way down to the 3 doors, rims, tints, kit and lowering!!!!!

I'm possibly heading down to Adelaide in early December in the little Machine Silver beast with some of the gang from my church for a week's mission somewhere out of Adelaide, after uni exams are over finally, but I'd love to come down and get some pics of all 3 cars if you're free someday.. Would make for some AWESOME photos... and great to make contact with some focusfanatics form another city. I'll also bring details if there are any about getting the Focus owner's club started in Adelaide, or at least membership details as we hope to get it running by the end of the month.

And as for getting those indicators done... tsk tsk you should follow the ORIGINAL Machine Silver indicator removal process (TM) as written by me. Just check the previous link. It'a bugger but it's worth it...

yea i got em ordered, can ya believe it....me dealer doesn't stock em! i'll get em some time today or tomorrow. unfortunately i'll probably have to wait to put em on....after a pain in the arse parking incident looks like i have to get two panels resprayed! grrrr....oh well....i reckon i'll turn it into a positive and get the door handles and side strips colour coded at the same time...depending on cost.

I got a quote for about $400 cash here locally just this afternoon if that helps you benchmark for mouldings and handles.

cheers, yea that helps....may not be able to afford it now i have to respray my front gaurd....but i'll get some quotes and see how it goes.
