Alright guys, I am new here... and I don't know much about stereo's and stuff. Heres my question.

I just purchased this stereo:
http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage.jsp;jsessionid=TU4GJTFHOENQ3KC4D3PFAFY?skuId=8699642&type=product&id=1199494647257

And I haven't even opened it up yet.
I will also be purchasing this:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=150247957928&ssPageName=STRK:MEWA:IT&ih=005

But, heres the question.
I don't know if this is all I need.
Do I also need this stuff: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/fordadapterset5_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQ_trksidZp1713Q2em153Q2el1262QQcategoryZ38655QQihZ014QQitemZ330234847316QQtcZphoto
I don't what that stuff is, and I don't know what it does, but I heard something about it, and that I might need it. Can someone fill me in, and let me know if I need whatever that is. Will this stereo work perfect without it?

I appreciate any help!

youre going to need This (http://www.crutchfield.com/App/Product/Item/Main.aspx?g=103000&i=120705002&c=3&tp=736), as well as an antenna adapter. you will also need These (http://www.crutchfield.com/App/Product/Item/Photos/Default.aspx?i=120865618&g=820) to remove the stock stereo. the hardest part is going to be crimping (or if you want something reliable, solder), the stereo harness to the adapter harness. dont know what the hell that kit is you posted... it may be everything you need... but itll almost be cheaper and faster to go pick up the wiring and antenna harness at walmart.

Alright, I am confused.

I just got the removal kit, and removed the stock stereo.
Now I know the space left where the stock stereo was is bigger than the new stereo that I have. That I why I thought I should get the kit that I posted so it looks like it will fit.

Right now I just have the stock stereo slid out, but still plugged in. I am not sure what to do from here, because I have never done this before. I don't understand the receiver wire harness thing you posted. I don't know what that stuff does, and I don't know anything about an antenna adapter. Does anyone have some pictures, or a tutorial that I can follow for installing this new stereo?

If so, I would apprieciate it very much.
Thanks for you help so far.

OK i might be able to try and explain. If you cant do it then go to a audio store and just pay to get it done right the first time. If not then do it yourself i did and it was easy. First just take the harness that came with the stero its the thing that should have alot of wires all different colors. Those connect to the harness u buy from an audio place not sure which one u need but mine was a VW harness. Just read the directions on the harness u got and connect the wires from the harness u bought to the harness that came with the stereo. Should be color matched real easy. The take ur kit and put in the radio hole it should just snap in. Then connect the harness u bought to the stock on thats behind the radio bezel the ones u took of your stock radio. Then plug the harness into the radio one and try it out. hope this helps.

Just go to www.crutchfield.com and enter all your car info. When you find a deck, all of the stuff you need should show up in your shopping cart if you add the deck. All this stuff usually comes with the deck for free (The wiring adapters, and the dash trim kit).
