i hear everyone sayin how good the svt header for the zetec engine. so im wondering wat website has it the cheapest.[strongman]

nthcoast has it for 300

i think mcnews is cheaper than 300... i could be wrong... i don't remember what i paid from them... it was a couple years ago

for the focus 2000-2004 it is proven to be the best. You can get a "stock" svt manifold without the egr bung welded in if you plan on getting a tune in the future.. cuz you can tune out the egr system and you won't need that.. just a thought...or you could just get a stock header for cheap and get a egr bung welded on.

the svt doesnt have an egr system where as the regular zetec has an egr. It is an emissions thing. if you look at your header there is a metal thing going to it thats the egr

You see that little knob sticking out on the top right? That is so the stock egr system can be used on the zetec engine. That header from Mcnews which is what i got is made specifically for the zetec due to the egr system we have... now you can get that tuned out.. which will cost you for the tuner and the tune...etc

but you want to keep the stock system you'll have to get the revised egr tube.. mcnews includes in their kit... and have someone or urself weld in the bung for the egr tunbe... basically it's just way easier to buy the kit from mcnews... i did along with lots of others...

to be honest, if ur not mechanically inclined, do not buy the svt header kit. It is not a simple install by anymeans.
