thats actually a good idea i ahve seen some foci with that diamond plate and it adds a good touch, just make sure you add it to both passenger and the back seats as well! and it should look nice!

Sounds like I great idea. Let's see you try to get through that diamond plate!

Another way to go, Mr. 280 lbs 6'2 guy that wears a sz 16.5 shoe, might be some sort of armored personnel carrier. Now wait, please stop, this pavement takes like crap and I'm not sure what the hell that is on the bottom of your shoe (is that my cat?).

Sure hope he's got a sense of humor!

yeah, don't go for those, i recommend going to your local shop and seeing if you can get some diamond plated sheets, take your stock floormats, and line them up on the backside of the diamond plate, then mark around it, get a type of metal cutter, and Vwala, believe me you will like the outcome on the diamond plate, it ads a uniqueness to the interior[popcorn]

It doesn't sound like he wants to do a whole floor mat. He just wants to patch the hole and stop his foot from going through it.

Talking about the floor mats, the Steeda mats seem easier. I wouldn't want to bend the diamond plate where the floor paneling bends and try to make it look decent.

I'm 6'7" 300 lbs w/ "only" a 16 shoe.....I'd like to dodge the whole hole in the floor thing as well.

Same problem here... just not a giant:) I've drove the same way and have eaten a hole through the stock floormat. I'm just thinking of getting some all weather mats to cease the problem- wish I had gotten on that group buy back in January.
