aside from forced induction what should i do next?
current performance mods
-AEM Cold Air
-CFM 2pc UDPs
-CFM Silicone Couplers
-CFM Billet DSI Switch
-SCT xCal II with tune from Ray @ McNews
-CFM High Flow Cat
-CFM 67mm Throttle Body
-VCT w/ Cam Gears & Dyno Tune
Eventually ill get all 4 done...but which should i do first?

TB HW Cat? I would save the dyno tune and vct for last.

i may do H.W. and HFC at once...but thats all i would have money for.

BTW...i was talking to my friends about doing a header wrap, and they basically told me i was an idiot...
i dont know if people feal their car runs a lot better if they do it, but my *mechanic* friend told me that the reason people wrap their headers is because older cars with engine swaps or mods or something werent heating up the o2 sensors enough and the guys would wrap their headers, which in turn forced all the heat through the exhaust...
besides, if it doesnt help much anyways, why spend the money on expensive heat wrap! in the long run the high heat would cause cracking...just my $0.02

youre getting ALL that heat out of the motor bay. it helps with heat scavenging.

heat wrap isn't expensive... well i don't think it is. much cheaper than the HFC will be. plus i think it makes the header look a lot better.. i will be doing this as well on my svt header and flex.
There's no need to start the header wrap debate all over again.
It's not going to add anything to this thread.
Everyones' answers can be found here:
Suffice it to say subtleshift, it's your friends and mechanic that need the education.

you can mod your current tb to remove the trench for cheap. If you go FI later and run anything exept a roots a the throttle body wont help that much.

i think imma do a custom HFC and ORP switch out set up. itd be hard to explain...but itll make sense when i do it.

You know I have to be that guy :-)
I say go FI, save the pennies and go for it. In the end you can sell off all the mods you took off and cover part of the boost upgrade. I'm tellin ya it's retarded when your just chillin on your way to work in the morning and go to pass a couple cars in a fifty zone......pop into second, punch it, grab a chunk of third, get passed them, pop her into fourth w/out hitting the gas and look down to find yourself pushing 100/110 in a fifty. OH $^#t i'm going to jail ! ! ! You won't regret it. . . well part of it ;-)
I can only go twin screw here due to smog laws but I wouldn't trade it for a turbo after getting addicted to the whine :-)
sorry, couldn't help myself.
Otherwise, I think you'll be greatly surprise by what the TB will do for you as a NA mod.

HFC ............save tune for last
