so i know that the SVT has the most aggressive intake cam that is available. however what are the specs on the exhaust cam??

is it just as aggressive? if not is it possible to use a regular zetec cam (ie. crane STG III, comp STG III) in place of it. with a VCT delete for the intake cam?

has anyone done this or thought about it? any suggestions or thoughts would be nice.

The exhaust cam would be what opens and closes your exhaust valves[thumb] Since it is a dual over head cam motor there is one cam for the intake valves and one for the exhaust valves.

You need to ask a different question.... like WHERE could you find a stage 3 exhaust cam for the SVT.

any higher lift and the valve and piston would do a not so good mating ritual. since there are no reliefs cut in the piston for them as there are for the intake valves.
