: Pillar Gauge Pods
klayman 04-05-2008, 06:46 PM Hi everyone, I am curious about full pillar gauge pods. I have found some but they all say for 00-04. Will these fit on 07? Also as anyone used these and if so where did you get them? If these do fit, I want a good quality pillar. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

klayman 04-06-2008, 10:00 AM I'm from Shamokin, it's about an hour north of Harrisburg. I like that setup but I think I'm going with 3 gauges. My plans for the summer are SVT brake swap and air ride and I want a gauge for my tank, front bags, and rear bags. If I can't find a pillar than I was thinking of getting the 3 gauge pod that sits on the dash.
FOCUSSTDRIVER 04-06-2008, 10:20 AM ahh im from west chester...half hour west of philly...and i just thought of a ideal spot for gauges...i am thinking of fabercating a set 3 gauges in that stupid caddy under the radio right above the cup holders
klayman 04-06-2008, 11:17 AM Hmmm... That could work there, I'll have to look when I go out to my car later. I'd be worried about the cupholders tho. I use mine a lot. I drive over an hour 1 way to get to school so my cupholders get a lot of use. I'll have to look tho.
FOCUSSTDRIVER 04-06-2008, 11:27 AM cup holders are over rated......................dude cup holders in the door sill...the car is loaded with them...
klayman 04-06-2008, 12:16 PM Yeah true, I dunno what I wanna do. If you do fabricate something let me know I wanna see how it turns out.
FOCUSSTDRIVER 04-06-2008, 12:27 PM ohh and apparently the 02-04 pillar gauge pod will work on our cars according to honhon
UnFocusedST 04-06-2008, 12:38 PM I have an 05. The gauge pod from ford racing that I bought from CFM will work on 02-07. I'm not sure about 08. I love my gauges.

FOCUSSTDRIVER 04-06-2008, 01:15 PM ?ok im just going to buy that...does it need screws to stay in place?
faster_than_u 04-06-2008, 01:28 PM that one replaces the whole piller
klayman 04-06-2008, 03:31 PM That's exactly what I want. I'm guessing it's pretty good quality since it's Ford Racing.
klayman 04-07-2008, 11:12 AM Well I went ahead and ordered the full pillar and also the gauges that will be put in it. I got the pillar from CFM but all they had was Autometer. I don't see why it wouldn't fit but if it doesn't then I'll have to work my magic and make it fit lol. Tehy should all be in by the end of the week. Thanks again for the help.
FOCUSSTDRIVER 04-07-2008, 11:23 AM yo sounds good let me know how it all goes down...i am very interested and will prob buy one
klayman 04-07-2008, 04:20 PM Yeah the pillar should arrive in about 3 days. Not sure about the gauges. I'll get pics up as soon as I get them installed.
UnFocusedST 04-09-2008, 10:55 AM The guage pod that I have (pictured before) I got from CFM. They said it was from autometer but it has ford racing all over it. I think ford racing contrated out to autometer. It comes with mounting instructions. It is NOT a replacement pillar. It fits over your stock pillar.
xFordx 05-26-2008, 06:36 PM Bringing up an older post. Hm, for some reason this sounds like a dumb question but whats the website for CFM? so I can check out this pillar pod.
