I don't see why, the bezel pops right off. Unscrew the controls and it's ready to paint. I've done it in under 5 minutes.
...of course I haven't painted my bezel, just the vents. I didn't want to overkill the paint job and I like it how it is.

heh, i just noticed now u dont have clock :D

You see, I have the SVT HVAC and I'm going with the black Euro so as to offset that silver bezel just a bit. It'll look great me thinks!
