i got cfm udp set and i got the pulleys off but im trying to figure out how to get the crank pulley on tight... i dont have an impact gun so i used the good ol' crank over the engine wit the ratchet on the bolt method... can i do that same thing to tighten it up????

well no, the crank will be rotating the wrong way......
it only needs to be 85 ft.lbs so you should be able to get it that tight by locking the flywheel and using a torque wrench.

call me dumb... but how can i lock the flywheel.... just put it in gear???

and how can you loosen up the tensioner to put the belt back on??? cause i just pushed it up nd pulled the belt off.... i tried putting it back on but its hard as [:)][:)][:)][:)][:)][:)]

ya, put it in gear and chock the wheels or hit the brakes if the car is in the air. its not ideal but it will get the job done.
to loosen the tensioner throw a 13mm wrench on the bolthead thats on the pulley part of it and rotate i believe clockwise

i loosened the actual pulley but that didnt seem to loosen it up and theres no other bolts besides the ones holding the tensioner on the block and i dont think that would help much....

the pulley is on a spring, turing the wrench around that bolt one way or the other (not sure which) will make it move up and leave enough room to get the belt around the waterpump pulley.
You're going to have to torque the bolt back on the pulley.
Put a box end wrench on it and rotate in a CW direction when looking at the engine from the passenger side tire well.
^^^It takes a bit of muscle to crank that bolt over enough to overcome the spring pressure.
I'm surprised you didn't see the pulley move when you loosened the bolt.
Come to think of it, I've never removed just the pulley bolt.
It could very well be a reverse thread.
At any rate, I do know the pulley bolt needs to be locked in to the assembly,
and you rotate it Clockwise to relieve the spring tension.

yea thanks for the help you guys!!!! i had three of my buddys over trying to get that belt on then they all left and i dinked around with it nd rotated it the right way nd got it all on by myself... kinda funny... but its awesome!!! i got that and the orp on and it sounds and drives great!!! loud as hell but great
