Hey I wanna get the predator for my SVT, I just wanna know two things can I turn traction control on and off? And is it simple and safe enough to tune yourself? (without screwing up your engine)

You can't tune it yourself with the Predator. And yeah you can turn off the Traction control with a tune, some newer svts no.

My Predators come with a custom tune for 375.00 and I can turn off the TC on about 96% of the SVT that I have tuned. No other Predator that you buy has the TC turned off

this isnt a good idea if the car is used for more than quick trips 1320ft at a time.

for a daily driver this fuse should really be in place. if it is removed it sets the brake bias to 50/50. you tell me which brakes do the majority of the braking? if the bias is at 50/50, the fronts dont work as hard as they should and the rears will work too hard.
this can ultimately result in the rear end locking up and/or the car becoming completely unpredictable under hard braking.
in the snow or rain, this can be an accident waiting to happen.

IMO, if you want to go the route of "yanking" the fuse, put the fuse on a switch. this is done by placing a toggle switch on 16g wire and placing it between the 2 ends of the fuse. you can jam the wire-ends down into the fuse block or buy fuse-taps. the switch is then mounted onto the fusebox cover. this is all of course located at the fuseblock under the dash. i would post a link for the How-To, but it is broken. without Tom's tune, this is the only way to completely disable the TC. cuz the switch on the console doesnt disable it completely.
