i might be getting one and ive read the instuctions on how to install one but that particular one only has one hole it bolts on with...i think the one im getting has all three holes for all 3 nuts....so can anyone tell me how to install it and is there a risk of damaging anything by doing it myself?

just take the nuts off..the car will not fall or drop and then put it on and tq the nuts to 18ft/lbs

These are low torque bolts. Hand tighten only...no excessive use of arm or body weight, etc. No need for locktite. 18 ft. lbs is the equivalent of 18 lbs of pressure or weight (which isn't a lot) on the end of a one foot long ratchet or hand wrench.

Def dont use locktite. Also like Geezer said the tq is verrrrrry low. I hand tightened mine at my dads w/o a tq wrench very softly and got home threw the tq wrench on a i was like a half turn to tight.

Also look in the BST forums for a bar i have seen them quite cheap..im not sure if the ebayers are any good because there are like 4 diffrent kinds of bars depending on model.
Some wont clear unless you have a cold air intake, SVT ones are different than zetec ones, and duratec ones are also diffrent. So i would try to find a used Focus sport or central one.
