what will fit the SVT wheel 225/45ZR17 or 245/45ZR17 i don't know what those numbers mean i just think the 17 means 17in

245/45ZR17

245 = Width
45 = Thickness
17 = diameter


245 are huge, not sure if those will fit.

thanks a bunch. I've decided to get another set of my rims to put some Falken Azenis Sport tires on that i can use in the summer and for autoX and then switch to my other pair of rims and stock Firehawk tires for the winter. This way i'm good all autox season and thos Falkens will last 2 to 3 summers to it's all good.

Both of those tires are way entirely too large. 215/40 or 205/45, get either of those and only those. first number is width in mm's, second is ratio tire wall heigth, and the last number is rim size.

ok since i'm not getting 17s i'm getting another set of stock 16's whats the best 205/55R16 or 215/45ZR16

Best is 205/50/16. I've installed 205/55/16 winter tires on +45mm offset wheels, and they are a tad too big for dependable fender clearance.
