I've been looking like crazy and I just want to know two things. 1. When aftermarket companies, including the small ones, custom urethane bumpers where do they get them made??? 2. Is it possible to make a custom urethane bumper, or anything for that matter, on your own? For the love of everything holy, someone here has to know the answer to these questions. Yeah it can be done. You just have to find someone locally that works with urethane molding, but it's not going to be cheap.

there's always the fiberglass route. sure, its fiberglass, but you can do it yourself with a little know-how and i've seen plenty of how-to's online for that kind of stuff.
