Man, being new to the town is tough. Anyone know what the local car scene is like, where the weekend link up spots and all that are for car types? Are there any decent speed shops in the area?

Also I'm on the prowl for some good, scenic drives in the area if you have a suggestion.

I'm moving here from Tacoma WA and back there we had a scene of sorts, places to connect and hang with other car people. Seems like around here the only people I run into are the local Bubba collective and their trucks
