1. Its a Sedan (At least for now)
2. It uses a 151 bhp Non-PZEV version of the 2.3L Duratec
3. It uses the SVT Suspension and Brakes

SVT Focus is dead.

There will be no 2005 SVT models

SVT is going upmarket in 2006 and future products will run $40,000-60,000.
They are going Vette, Viper, CTS-V, and SRT Ram hunting.

The ZX4 ST has no ties with any ST in Europe. Its just a beefed up American ZX4.

Yes is does it is said to have componets from the Euro ST and SVT.

New for 2005, a Focus ZX4 ST performance sedan has been added to the line up. This sedan will marry chassis components from Ford of Europe's Focus ST170 and the SVT Focus with a 150-horsepower, 2.3-liter Duratec engine.

Okay, SVT springs and dampers and brakes. Thats as close as it gets.

I was just making the point that they aren't bringing it from Europe.

The ST170 Struts and Springs where already on the 2004 SVT.

What is different in the Chassis from a 2004 SVT? Other than smaller wheels.

BTW there is a typo in that article. No Focus gets 15" Brakes as that would require 19" Wheels. Article was supposed to state the Non-ST cars get a 1" increase in Brake Rotor Diameter due to a increase in base wheel size to 15".
