R10's on the STC car (for the show, the rims on it in that pic are the ones withe the R-compound tires) and R20's on the SEMA car...and the wheels that are on the STC car in that pic are Team Dynamics wheels (not sure which model though).

yeah they can be great. i love the ideal of a coupe. but how many of us can afford to buy a 16 to 23 thousand $$ ride and drop another 20 to 30 thousand in it to get it that way.and have all the time,hookups,and places to do all the customising and modding it all in.i sure dont.

I have a MAC....lol won't run widows programs.

well....it can however I do not have boot camp or parallel that allows me to have both OSX (MAC) and windows XP.

for 1 1-hour show its about 500mb (full quality)

You can use Fetch or whichever FTP client works for you. Just send me a PM and I'll respond with the log in. After which it will be active for 24 hours.

500MB per movie is fine.

If you can convert them to .avi it would be more ideal, but whichever is easier for you since most people already have Quicktime installed on their computer.

Why do you say that?

They judge the cars based on the improvement over stock...so for the hp, if Skunk2 ends up making 550 hp (280-ish stock, not sure what it will actually end up being on the show), and FocusSport ends up making 370 hp (136-ish stock), FS has the upper hand due to the greater increase over stock (96% gain over stock for the Evo, 172% gain over stock for the Focus).

If you have too much HP/TQ an not enogh grip your just going to end up burning tires. with AWD all 4 tires are going to catch like a mother[:)][:)][:)][:)]er an take off. a friend of mine with an EVO MR (502HP) will smoke Corvettes all day, An i Know another guy with a Sentra SER (303HP) an just smokes his tires all the way threw 3rd. Thats why the EVO is going to win AWD VS. FWD..... AWD is the way to go

It's not just about that though...and FS knows what the hell they are doing in regards to the Focus...they have a 380 hp ZX3 that is as fast as Corvettes and Porsche's around California Motor Speedway's road course.

And the competition is NOT just the cars' on track performance, it's also about the improvement over stock, both on the dyno and on the track, as well as in terms of appearance and creativity, while sticking to the Street Tuner theme (i.e. the ability to drive it reasonably on the street as well as on the track. Both the Evo and the Mini are over the top in terms of their design, whereas the Focus seemingly meets and exceeds the requirements of the design portion of the challenge, as well as having the ability to rock it on the dyno and the track...but of course, who wins is all speculation right now, but we will know for sure tomorrow...

Definitely have to agree with ya Billy...back when the press photos first came out, seeing FS's work on the car was the final thing it took me to actually like the '08's...I was iffy on it initially, but seeing what a few subtle changes (lip kit, drop, and properly sized rims) can do, I was sold.
