Well after doing a month of searching on-line, it took a trip back home to find my new car sitting along the road...an 02 SVT!!! I basically used my insurance check to pay for this thing, so I pretty much swapped out my old auto zx3 for this. Apparently it was in a front end collision, and my Dad was really skeptical when I told him about it. But after checking it out from top to bottom he was pretty satisfied. The damage was pretty minor and the bumper, hood, and right fender were replaced. Only thing is the front bumper is from a zx3, so ill have to wait until summer to replace it with an svt one or maybe a rouche one.

Then he and I drove it and were sold. Oh man this thing blows my old car out of the water. My dad had a huge ass grin on his face as he was driving it. Then I jumped behind the wheel, and man there is no comparison to my old car. So anyways I'm just waiting to get the insurance all straightened out before I'll drive it home. I'll get pics hopefully before the end of the week. I'm seriously so f'n excited after test driving it to actually have it back here!

you dont really notice the difference until u go from zx3 to SVT...trust...there is a HUGE difference..not in just power but in the feel of the car...just feels way more solid....I had a zx3 too haha

I know exactly what you mean. It just felt more solid than my old car. It ran amazing, the exhaust sounds awesome. Not sure if there is a hi-flo or an orp on there cause it sounds a little louder than stock.

The zx3 front is kind of out of place, he put some mesh in there and just looks kinda goofy but it can wait until summer to get replaced. All I care is that it is an SVT underneath!

SVTs are kinda loud from a cold start. Try listening to one with an ORP and a three inch exhaust.....lol

congrats, svt is a very good car, and compared to a reg focus it just feels more ''right'' after driving joes svt and mine his feels pretty solid, not that mine isnt, but he also has his modded whereas mine is stock yet lol, d20ftw!

The front end doesnt actually look that bad with the zx3, but i hope to upgrade to an SVT or Roush front fascia in the summer

Very Very Nice!! That would be my choice of Color to for the SVT. I had my hands on a sonic blue 02 ZX5 SVT but couldn't hold onto it hard enough the dealership took it away and gave me an 07 ZX5 SES to play with.

But I'm still happy with my Foco!!

The car was in a front end collision prior to me, and the guy just put on a zx3 front and added mesh for some reason. It's doable for now, im just gonna wait until summer to change it.

The Roush front end looks pretty good with Sonic blue. A buddy of mine up here just replaced his front end with one after getting into an accident. It looks great.
