: TFS brings you the hottest product of the year!
HotRodWagon 05-14-2004, 06:20 PM Ok everybody,
It's what you have been asking for. With pricing at $79.99 plus flat rate shipping and nascar style areo looks, the Cup lip spoiler will be the hottest application for the Ford Focus this year.
Special pricing will not be available due to the low price of the item. I had expected it would come in higher. Order online now active.

mofocus 05-15-2004, 04:35 AM ah hell yes, about time!! ill take two! :P
fokuzsport 05-15-2004, 07:44 AM what is it made out of? i think i like that.. are you making it for the svt bumper as well?
HotRodWagon 05-15-2004, 08:17 AM Polyurethane. Due to the flexibility of application of the Cup lip spoiler, it can be easily adapted to the SVT bumper!
Cruzn2aFSTfocus 05-15-2004, 08:27 AM Can you put up some pictures from the side and directly in front? Thanks.
HotRodWagon 05-15-2004, 10:27 AM I'll have better pics next week when pricing is released. Stay tuned.
focituner 05-15-2004, 10:35 AM i'm interested.
ZTSDel 05-15-2004, 10:40 AM I'm interested, do they come painted?[?]
HotRodWagon 05-15-2004, 10:49 AM Word is spreading very fast. Placing an order option request here
orders@TheFocusShop.com will save your order position. Availability will be initally limited. The rate at which orders generate will increase availability. Just send the order option request with your FF screnn name to insure FF pricing.
HotRodWagon 05-15-2004, 10:53 AM No, I do not offer painting. I painted mine with readily available retail products. Due to the nature of the aggressive pricing (to be released) a professionl paint job will be well within reach compared to any other ground effect lip currently on the market.
scironzts 05-15-2004, 10:59 AM a closer shot of the fitting, and side shot will really sell it for me.
HotRodWagon 05-15-2004, 11:03 AM Don't worry. It fits like it's factory. I can't get pics up today. Possibly tomorrow.
Chelica 05-15-2004, 12:52 PM I am interested. Would love to see more pics, a side/front view please.
Thanks,
ALEX
fokuzsport 05-15-2004, 01:07 PM i seriously do not mean to jack this thread from hotrod, but this pic will help out

now thats a lip i'd be interested in
crazy_urn 05-15-2004, 09:53 PM when is the official date for the official announcment of the official price?
HotRodWagon 05-15-2004, 11:07 PM lol...by mid week or sooner.
Spyder62 05-15-2004, 11:27 PM How easy is it to install?
HotRodWagon 05-15-2004, 11:35 PM Very. There's really not much to installation. No need to pay someone to do it.
BlueGloZX3 05-16-2004, 11:53 AM Ok, I dont mean to be offensive but why do lip kits cost so much when all they are are small pieces of polurethane which are barely noticable anyways.... I mean why does a 2 inch tall piece of plastic cost 100-200 dollars. I'd pay 50...
fokuzsport 05-16-2004, 12:05 PM because of demand. thats why. people are willing to pay that crap price. i know im not.
HotRodWagon 05-16-2004, 05:08 PM You know what you get for $50....not much. And yes, unfortunately, people pay alot to get these parts. Knowing what I have learned about the costs involved though, there is a heavy initial investment required, and recouping the investment costs can be a lengthly process before any true profits are realized from the part. Knowing the prices of the popular lips out there, I sought an affordable solution. Through alot of time and effort, investment, and even a lip that didn't generate even one sale, the solution I sought is at hand. As far as pricing,
I cannot release the final price without a sealed deal, but I can tell you, it will be under $100.
I am very happy about this, as it has been my goal from the start to reach those Focus owners who are willing to buy, but it has to be at the right price.
HotRodWagon 05-16-2004, 08:23 PM bumped for the new pics in the first post
BlueGloZX3 06-11-2004, 02:45 PM but I can tell you, it will be under $100.
Now I'm a tad bit more interested[:)~]
microtonal 06-11-2004, 02:53 PM It's $79 + 30-shipping = $109 total.

HotRodWagon 06-12-2004, 12:21 AM ^^Thanks man[thumb]
pete_kowalski 06-25-2004, 04:05 PM How does it connect to the rest of teh bumper...from the pic i cant really tell...it looks like it is from the bottom??
HotRodWagon 06-25-2004, 05:01 PM Yes, from the bottom. This allows the nice factory flush fitting appearance.
advanfocus 07-17-2004, 05:01 AM how come it says $99.99?
Twofocused 07-17-2004, 06:46 AM HRW, looking good, what kind of wheels are those? Are you going with the body colored door handles? I put Infra on my daughters SE, looks great, but I had to paint the bezels myself.
HotRodWagon 07-17-2004, 05:42 PM intro pricing expired. Door handles...might do them
