Hey I was driving home tonight from work and my trands sounds like its missing big time and its granding gears has anyone else had a problem like this at 30,000 miles? Now all this is happening 4 days before i go on my trip from maryland to florida. Do you guys think i should take it where i got it from even tho they still havent fixed the first probelm or do i take it to a different dealer?

Absolutely - bring it in! Especially if you are planning a big trip. I wouldn't take a chance getting stuck on the road. If you want to go anyway, make sure you have AAA's number ready!! See about a loaner or - at least - rent a car for the trip.

your trans sounds like it is missing? explain that one please. If it is grinding gears, check the fluid level in the clutch master cylinder, and look for leaks there. And look under your car for leaks around the slave cylinder. If that is all it is, the dealer can fix it pretty quick. If you can get it in until after your trip, fill the clutch fluid to its level and pump the pedal for a bit and see if that helps, then go on your trip with a bottle of fluid with you to keep it toped up.
