Just found out we're going to be at the Cheyenne Rodeo on Saturday, July 31st.
Hmmm, that's not too far from Rapid City.

Labor Day weekend is out for us.
Too many people heading here, and as it is,
I've already got to "sneak" out for an AutoX event in Great Falls that weekend.

We should rule out the first week in Aug. as it is the Sturgis rally and everything triples or more for that week.

Rapid is about 300 miles from Cheyenne.

First week of Augest is bad for me also but any time other than that is cool with me. But I need to know some thing on a date couse my boss is a ass about the 4 week notice thing.

Not that I wouldn't like to attend some time......
but something tells me a dozen or so Foci running around Sturgis could be an awkward thing.

I have attended the rally meny times. It's great.

i voted early-mid august. but anytime from end of july through end of aug would work for me.

We could have our own little show at sturgis, My parents are going. (Eww) They have there hogs, but we could mow em down in our foci. [confused]

I should go there sometime.
Every year, we get a few visitors from the Puget Sound area where we used to live.
They all come over for Sturgis.
We're conveniently located, so they can stop by on the way over and back.
Man, do I miss my bike when all they all go riding off.[:(]
However, i'm also glad to be alive.
I could never ride a bike "mellow".
I swear if I ever do get another one, it'll be a Hog, or a Gold Wing.

my neigbors own a couple hogs, and they are great guys, and we are friends, but when the ride in at 3, or 4 in the morning, i would like to mow them down.

Crazy urn just get the ORP for your car and just circle the block 10 or so times. when you know they got to work. Make sure you wind out the gears, maybe a few dry revs for the fun of it. If they complain just tell them that you are testing your new exhaust. I have neighbors that act the same way, they get home from the bar and the cruise and then in the parking lot they rev there bikes. It don't really bother me couse I wake at 4am to go to work. But the women of the house gets pissed and she lets me hear about it.

most of the time they are pretty cool. they drive in, kill the bikes, and go inside. but its still loud. lol

i dont' think the loud exaust would bother them to much. they also have a nice late 80s vette in the garage with a full exaust. i think that might be a little louder then my little 4 cyl, no matter what i put on it, lol.

i think the best way to upset them would be to buy a jap bike. lol. i will have to consider that.

anyway, sorry, back on topic.

Crazy urn that is funny. I would trade you neighbors in a heart beat. Ok Date looks like the 15 of Augest. I have not seen any body say no to this yet so lets get the feed back comeing in. Keeping in mind that we need to plan out events still and photo ops to hit.

i think whatenever it is, we should see if the people from deferent states can caravan together. imagine all the CO foci in a long caravan on the way to Mt Rushmore, lol. that would be cool, IMO. (and from the other states as well.)
