I pulled into Target and get behind this ass hole whos going slow trying to get the BEST parrking spot, well he winds up almost backing up over my car.. i have to honk at him to make him stop. Then I "accidently" drop my cluth and squeal the tires.. well the f-cker comes after me after I park and starts yelling at me calling me stupid and what not and trys to do a citizens arrest on me... what the hell. loser. Then he claims to be an MP (military police) and calls the cops on me.. so I get in my car and boogie.. what a loser. blahhhhhhhh

All we got was a little sleet.Its funny how people go crazy down here when it starts to snow.I went home last weekend and had about 8 inches there.[ffrocks]

Its hard to say,you know we got the 5yr 100k on motor and powertrain for the svt so im not sure if that would be under that or not.If its like most dealerships they wouldnt tell you anyway and just try to screw you and make you pay out of pocket, even more so because your a woman.No offense

i bought my car used... they said there is no warranty on it at all.

well im not sure how that works buying one used.I bought mine new so i know mine had the 3yr 36k and 5yr 100k on powertrain and motor.Somebody else on here might know if the 5yr 100 k might transfer to the new owner im not sure on that one.I had a 98 mustang gt one time and the intake split behind the alt and i took it to the ford dealership to get it fixed.I bought it used and they told me it had no warranty on it and it was going to be 3k to get it fixed.A friend of mine gave me a tsb on the car and took it back down there and showed them the tsb and needless to say i got it fixed and didnt have to pay a dime on it.Sometimes it all where to take it and who you know.

I have a question for the gumpcrew.If you get hit in the rear by another driver is it automaticaly there fault?lucky i wasnt in my svtf or i would be mad, just totaled my ranger though.On a good note nobody got hurt.Im still waiting for the insurance to get back up with me and tell me whats going on.

Pretty much, you should be in the clear. It's their fault for failing to yield or avoid the accident.
