well...like the title says i F'ed up today. went around a corner to my house and an SUV was coming the other way halfway in my lane causeing me to go off the road, hit a mailbox (Ripping off my mirror)...then i lost control and fishtailed into a guys yard mowing down a dogwood tree and skidding to a stop. the suv just drives away...
to my surprise there is no damage to the car aside from the missing mirror, a few buffable scuffs, and an insane amount of dust and dirt in my car ( cleaned it out but the vent still shoots dirt at me.)

just check if urs is power or not! the replacement is really esay.. ford put the inside part together with 3 clips and make sure you inscrew that one big screw, you probably need a new one if its also broken. my mirror was still attached but hanging only on the wire that lets you adjust the mirror.

dang...i guess by the time you stopped it was too late to chase the a$$ down huh? there's a corner near here that you've got to watch for that, because it's literally 90 degrees, but in one direction it swings out a bit more, and with the grass and stuff in the corner, it's completely blind going one direction, and you can't see much from the other side either. sooo it scares me the same thing is gonna happen all the time.

ya, im going to buy him a new dogwood tree and fill in the ruts my tires made on monday.

they where looong gone...i was just concerned with letting the guy whos' yard i killed know what happened, and make sure my car was'nt deformed to badly.
