ZeroKool 08-10-2007, 04:08 PM I enjoy performance and efficiency but I also enjoy the MPG's my 07 ZX5 gets. My question to all of you who have installed Short Ram Intakes is this? Does it effect MPG's in a negative manner or will it increase them in a positive one? Your responses are deeply appreciated. Mike strung 08-10-2007, 06:18 PM well i had the kn typhoon cai a while back but traded it in for the steeda sri...and i love it...as for mpg...nothing really changed when i went from stock to cai then to sri....at least nothing real noticable. bumblebee07 08-10-2007, 08:54 PM Depends on how you drive. I've noticed that since I put my CAI on i've been wanting to push it a little harder to notice the increase in power. However, taking it easy I saw a gain of like maybe 2-3 mpg highway. | |
