Well i took my car in to the dealer to have them tell me what I already knew, that the clutch was smoked, and they want $1100 to do a new one[:0] . So I told them to throw it back together. My girlfriends dad will do it for free which means that I intend on getting a Stage 1, now i just have to figure out what type of one to get. I don't need anything more than a stage one because once I do Intake and exhaust in 2 weeks that will be about it for a while(I don't really want to do it up until i get a new car). So my question is what do you guys recomend, right now im looking at Exedy, Centerforce and ClutchMasters. Also, since Focussport has the Exedy kit with flywheel, is it recomended to Do the flywheel since the trans will be getting worked anyway? Any input is appreciated guys.

It really depends on what are you going to do with your car, how many HP do you plan on having. Most stock clutches aren't rated much past 200ish or so hp. You also might think about a light weight flywheel because those stock suckers are heavy. Organic clutches are always good. You're probably looking at about 500-600 for really good quality parts (Light weight flywheel, stage 1 or 2 clutch)

Well I know I'm not going above a stage 1. I was thinking about the exedy kit on focussport since it comes with the flywheel, but i don't know anything about these companies. Is exedy a good way to go?
