im getting ready to put a turbo kit on my car i have everyting but a fuel rail do i need a after market fuelrail or would stock be ok since i'm not using return fuel, useing 42lbs injectors. also if later on after the tune will it change

They stock fuel rail will do just fine, and i dont think an after market rail will require a retune if added later.
