In order to have a higher chance to avoid a disaster if something goes wrong what's more practical for FI, oil pressure or oil temp gauge?

EGT! LOL..... I would say oil pressure is most important, but we do have an idiot light for that in the focus. Oil temp is important, but you can "moniter" temperature to a point with the water temp gauge in the car. I guess I will say I would go with oil pressure.

If oil temp is high, you just cook the oil, if oil pressure drops you have problems right now.

Well heres what I run (gauge wise)

Boost, EGT, Oil pressure, fuel pressure, Air/Fuel ratio (wideband) and a J&S Knock sensor set up.

Just curious ^^^ Do you have a gauge for the J&S and does it show when it pulls timing? I use a MSD to pull timing on my mustang and I really don't care for the way they do it.

^^^ I do have J&S + Gauge as well.... yes u can see everything based on J&S setup...either amount of timing pulled from all cylinders or individual...
