I was just wondering how much boost the stock Zetec intake mani will take before I see problems..

I have heard around 15psi before u need some port work

The stock Intake has been taken to 20psi a ton of times and I have taked it to 26psi a few times

damn 26psi lol i wish i had the money to get my car even close to 26 psi

It's all in the build, and the tunning. 6lbs can vent your block just as easy as 26lbs. But one thing that I have noticed, is the stock plastic intake mani has some cheap ass hose clamps, and I've blown them off before, twice in teh last 3 years that I can think off, but nothing damaging, just rotine maintance, and check it every now and then.
