I want to make my car pure silver, meaning no black door handles, side fenders, etc. Anyone know a good place to get those painted, since buying the svt versions are waay too expensive for me. Or it would it just be as simple to paint it myself. Also, is it possible to paint in between the two windows? I want that silver too. Any information would be great. Thanks!

If you just tape up around the windows you could paint the black area in between I suppose. Also it wouldn't be too hard to paint all the black parts a certain color although I haven't done it myself it shouldn't be too hard to do it yourself. Just take the side moldings and mirrors off the car to paint and stick em back on later with some sort of glue. It would cost a lot less to do it yourself too. I don't know much about painting so you should look into and see how to do it from people who know. I just don't think it would be very hard to do it yourself so go for it!

thats what i've been told, that its not hard to paint it yourself... i'm just clumsy, and my luck i'll mess up my car somehow... i dont think you can take the moldings off and place them back on.. but then again i can be wrong.. thanks for the help though.
