Hey everyone,

So I got a HOV violation ticket today and I was wondering if I should just pay the $90 fee or try to go to court and get it reduced. I'm in college and I know $90 isnt too bad, but it is right now... Anyway anyone know how much it would reduce to if so?

HOV violations are hard to fight

Do they offer driving school for minor violations in your state? I know we can do it once per year to avoid a ticket being on our record. In some states it even costs less than the ticket. Just a few nights of scare tactics, and defensive driving techniques.

The court clerk would know.
