... but shadow dont seem proper to me...
I have the same sense...the dark side is a more "moon-like" feature, whereas a planet should be evenly lit. Sorry if that sounds picky. It is beautiful as art, though.
actually a planet is only lit from one side the shadow shows where the source of light (a sun) is. Keep in mind night time here on earth when the moon is in its "new" phase. There is no second source of light to illuminate the dark side of this planet.....
If the view was head on with the sun behind the viewer then the planet would be completely lit. Where as if the sun was facing the viewer with the planet in between the viewer and the sun then the planet would appear dark or completely blacked out. That is if there was no moon.
If I had added a moon I would have semi lit the dark side of the planet to represent moon light, but in this case there is no moon in the image.
But the shadow I noticed is a little uneven lol oh well this is only like the 3rd time i've made one of these......
by saying "but shadow dont seem proper to me" i didnt meant the darkness or lightness the shape of shadow does not look spherical... i hope i use the proper word sorry for my english..
