I have some little leaks after replacing clutch and throw out bearing on my focus. The problem should be a bad seal that was already replaced once after clutch install! (Probably, with wrong diameters) Could someone, please, tell me the throw out bearing seal inner, outer diameter and width? I'm a little desperate now because my mechanic said he won't be able to fix this problem until I give him precise measurments of the seal. I don't have the old throw out bearing, so I cant look at it[?|] Also, my Ford dealer can't give this information because they do not sell throw out bearing seal seperately.. And I really wouldn't like to buy new bearing again..

did you get the little oring off the old slave cylinder? it does not come with the new one and its very easy to over look. I know i almost did not put it on till some one enlightened me [wrenchin]
I believe I have the same problem, I got my clutch done about 6 months ago and it's starting to slip when its cold, when it's hot it stops slipping, I don't think I wore out the disks, I have less than 7k miles since the clutch was done, so I believe I have some leak and oil is getting to the clutch

Bryan, I'm not sure about that, my technician did all for me..I know there is one thin rubber gasket in the side of the bearing, but I haven't seen where the small that you are talking about is..
Dago, I have also had the clutch slip 2 or 3 times and this was when I was going on a highway up a hill with my cruise control on. Can you see any oil spots on the ground from your car?
