Gotta love a good day. Me and the woman went to the junkyard on monday (romantic, I know eh?) to do a little scavaging. For $20 I picked a new e-brake boot (mine has the plastic ring thingy on the bottom broken in 2 spots), the piece that bolts to the cluster with the plastic cover (mine has been fogged up for a few months now) and a trim piece that goes around the cluster (with the little cubby hole and trunk button, I plan to color match a few things, don't want to wreck one trying and have none).....then I got my weekly pay stub from work wednesday morning....$1100!!! HELL YES...working 6 days last week payed off....so I'm picking up a bolt-in roll bar (good deal).....and putting a bucks away for my next purchase, either an exhaust or more likely struts/springs/& shocks.....Plus I get my income tax back soon so I'm thinking about using some of that for brakes (new front stuff and rear disc conversion...)
