If anything, you TCS warning light may come on. I wouldn't imagine it would throw a trouble code.

It sure will throw a code.
These 3 lights will be on (and will stay on) whether using a kill switch, or pulling the fuse:
1) CEL
2) ABS
3) TC

The brake warning light may also come on.

Don't forget when you kill the TC with a switch or pulling the fuse, you'll lose both the ABS and brake proportioning.
It'll end up a 50/50 split F/R.
Not safe for anything but a quick trip down the drag strip.

The lights will only stay on while the TC is disengaged...what i did and what i suggest is putting a switch on your fuse box cover and tie it in the the tc fuse. That way you can turn it on and off at will.

I have that mod done. When you click it off it throws three lights:
Traction Control
ABS
Handbrake light

Never had CEL on due to this.

been 25k+ miles with this mod and never had a CEL or anything come on. and doug is right, you will loose your abs in the process and also your brake porportioning. i've autoXed many times with my tc/abs off but wouldn't recommend it for the street as you can spin out during a panic stop. (learned from experiece...)
