so i got rear ended this past wednesday and the girl who rear ended me had no insurance so now im screwed because i trusted her to pay for it without calling the cops, but now she says she wont and blah blah blah, here are some pics, not bad at all the worst is that the bumper doesnt align along with the body now, but since now she wont pay for the damage im going to have to take some legal actions. :(, first car gets keyed, then hit and run on my door, then car gets egged, and now this. ahhh!!!!

Doesn't look horrible. Get a new bumper and have it painted. Find the chick and get your revenge...I mean, she gave you more than a phone number, right?

no i didnt file it when it happened, because i felt sorry for her at first, but now i filed it and going through some other things that will most definetaly make her settle before legal actions are taken.

Hit and run. Call the cops.

I bet if this ever happens again, you won't hesitate to file a police report.
IMHO, that is the first thing you should have done.
I hope that everything works out for you!

damn man, sorry to hear about that, seems like everyone's having the worst luck lately. Hopefully if the frame damage isn't too extensive you'll be out of it under $500 :-S Best of luck

This EXACT situation happened to me with my svtf. A young girl rear ended me at a stop-sign because I came to a complete stop and she was suprised.
Turned out she didn't have insurance, and I felt back, so I got her info and she promised she would get the money to me relatively quickly from her parents and her job. Week later, she's blowing me off and whatnot.
Thankfully, she was a young kid, so when I had my lawyer contact her about taking legal actions, she freaked out and started crying and admitting fault. At that point I felt bad AGAIN and she AGAIN blew me off. This time, my lawyer sent her a serious letter and I spoke with her parents.
End result: 1 check, 1 grounded kid and two apologetic parents.
So basically what I'm saying is have a lawyer right up some kind of letter and send it to her. More than likely a threat of legal action will scare her enough to get your money, especially since the damage isn't that much.
