Hi Iom, I would like to know what I should do since I have to take my head off of my svt focus(to replace my burned valves). Should I still go with all stock parts or should I upgrade(head gasket,valves,head studs,safty devices, ect), since I will be puting the jrsc on? If you can will you be able to make me a list of things I should get. I know you have told me some stuff to put on but i forget all the stuff since so many people are telling me so much things to do but I know you know what your doing and have done a lot with fi. do it upgrade, youll be wanting more power later any way, lol. im not tom but thats what i would do while you got it off.

If it is good how thick should I get it so my compression will be a little lower that is if you think that is a good way to go

Crap no copper is the worst sealing HG on the market , they work great if you are o-ringing the block and going to change them often
, I wouldnt use a copper HG if they were given to me free

The stock SVT HG from Ford is hard to beat
