It isn't the original DMC, but the new company has many of the original parts for the Delorean still in stock there. They also make 'new' cars that you can purchase for between $20,000 and $50,000.

There cool ,but wicked slow. I raced a guy and beat him badly. They do 0-60 in about 8 seconds. You just have to look out for the ones with the LS1 swap.
