everything looks ok, it goes down but doesnt lock down? any tips or hints to help?[dunno]

oh well no one helped anyhow, it finally went down.

Mkae sure there is no debris in the latch lock and lube it up.Also check that your cable is releasing and not sticking in the pull position.
