does anyone know the difference in ride height between the svt and the zx3? (if there is any..)

the svt springs are anywhere from 1.0" - 1.6" lower but they also have 17's so its kinda hard to say. Are you comparing it to a ZX3 with 15's or 16's?

Regardless of the wheel size, ride height should be the same throughout the non-SVT models, as the overall wheel/tire diameter should be equal on all the models (SVT excluded).

A large wheel and a smaller tire sidewall versus smaller wheel and bigger tire would measure out to the same size, otherwise the speedometer would have to be calibrated in each car for different sizes among the same car model.

I measured My SVT versus a regular zx3 and got this
Measuer from the center of the wheel to the top of the fender opening which will tell you how much lower your car is. If you just measure the fender gap you have to allow for different tire sizes and such.
My SVT measured 13.5 inches up front
14.75 inches in back

the ZX3 I found measured
14.5 up front
15 in back

so my SVT sits 1 inch lower in front and a quarter of an inch lower at the rear, I found all kinds of crazy numbers when I was looking so I went an measured my self.
Hope this helps

The height of the car from the ground is all relative...you put a bigger tire on it, its going to be higher off the ground...there are a lot of factors you have to take in. One of them being the size and width of the rims/tires. The next thing to take into consideration the the stiffness of the springs...and let me tell you, none of the focus's other than SVT even come close to the sporty ride. But I think Technically the Suspension was lowered 1.5 in front and 1 in in back.
