I'd have to go along with the comments on the video page. Definitely looks like the fly-by-wire system went hay wire.

its deffently a control failure, fly by wire systems arnt the greatest but they make flying easier, i fly a cessna 172 with the tarditional cable/pully systems, but i was fortuniate enough to go up in a columbia plane which is fly by wire and while if flew very very nice the response wasnt there like it is in the cessna, in either aspect this plane is not a GA plane but it is still a control failure of some sort

he flared to much....you can see him dipping around....he flared, stalled it, and the left side stalled first........that's what I think.......after that it was just a reaction of speed and lift on the wing that flipped him over...I don't doubt that the FBW system helped in the situation either......
