ok.....so I'm having a "things not going smoothly" kind of day......things are happening, but they are taking FOREVER......

so after leaving work almost 2 hours after everyone had left, and having to get some shit taken care of....which took HOURS.....and it shouldn't have....I proceeded to take my car to my buddies house where he said he could watch it while I wenbt on leave (tomorrow morning at 0400). he said I could park it at the neighbors house......they were gone (deployed and stuff)......

so I hop in my ubercool SVT, tint, rims, and redness.........a cops dream......[rofl]

so I get to steppin on the roadways of Lovely Fort Polk.....[vommit]

and I go 35 in the 35, and 50 in the 50...actually 53 on the speedo, the new cluster shows 4mph fast....so I WAS going about 50mph [;)]

I get to where I need to go, and make the left hand turn.....

WHOAH......WTF ARE THESE LIGHTS BEHIND ME??!!!

ok, enter "I'm gonna get pulled over mode..." (everything uber legal and nicey nice)

pull over, use my turn signal, and hit the 4-ways, stereo turned off, int. light on, car running, window down (and it'd drizzling.....[:(])

an E-5 MP comes to the door and tells me he clocked me doing 65 in a 50

I immediately and sternly disagree...I explain that I was using cruise control, and I had it in 53, my cluster reads 4 mph fast, and I was doing 50......NO WAY was i doing over 60mph I say to him. repeatedly.......

he tells me "well you have a lot of aftermarket parts on this car, don't ya?"

I mumble.....eh.....and really don't say anything.....a shifter, intake he cant see, and a HF cat he cant see.....

"anftermarket stereo" he mumbles.....yeah, it's not playing there Sgt. , and it wasn't even on loud when i was driving

he says he is gonna run my liscence...

goes back to his "buddy" and stands there for a few, letting me enjoy the super-intensified light now shining in my rear window........negating my tint [;)]

he comes back.....wonder what happened to that "run" of my liscence.....[scratch]

he hands back my shit, and tells me to "SLOW DOWN", especially when it's raining like tonight.....light drizzle guys......

yeah....ok.....I put my shit up and leave the scene.

C'MON GUYS.......I leave for HOME in a few hours, and they try to give me the stiff......that is the FIRST time a cop/mp/law enforcement pulled me over and I was in the RIGHT.....lol....but my shit is STRAIGHT....I was shaking, but laughing inside.....my car is PIMP....no bad tires, no lights out, insurance [thumb] registration[thumb]....everything CHECK ROGER......my girl is taken care of.......[cheers]

funny thing is, MP's NEVER let anyone go......and for a 15MPH over...that's 4 points on post........they were just trying to find something.....

I shoulda said "SVT modded it"...........[rofl]

LEAVE ME ALONE!!!!!!!!!! lol....

BTW, they were home, so now my car will sit out for 17 days....all for nothing.....lol.....
