Hey just went through the lentech site again, trying to decide what to do. I noticed they feature your car(I think so) in the customer section. Couple questions...

You're obviously using the term plus in that monster of a car right? also, I saw the additional upgrades and such, did that specific transaxle come with the transbrake? Did you have to buy the 23 splined TQCVTR and input shaft? or is this all stuff you need to pay extra for...

Lastly, the manual control harness, Is wrong to think what they mean is they took out the ecu portion of tranny, and now you have complete control over shifting? meaning if you want to drive in 4th gear, you can drive in fourth gear no matter what speed your at?

I have the rece version meaning my Focus has the Dif (posi unit), trans break with manual valve body and stall converter

You can turn off the ATX so you have to shift it manual , your car came factory with a ATX so all you have to do is ask your tuner to make the changes in the tune

I love mine and wouldnt trade it for any trans out there

Thinking of going with the plus transaxle, valve body, tc/input shaft and is it me or is that an LSD for an autotranny?

How did you pull that off? they just told me the LSD won't work in the stock transaxle, unless there was a miscommunication and what they meant was I needed a lentech valvebody but that doesn't make sense.

Mine was the first 2 built so there a little Diff on a few things

ohwell, I think I'm going with the terminator/transbrake/LSD although I'm told people are afraid of the LSD for Daily Driving...How many miles do you have on that LSD in place? The hardest part will be finding someone to install it as there's no tranny places here in Jacksonville apparently, I can't even get my fluid changed out! I'd do the tranny myself, but it looks rather large and in charge and might weight too much for me to do simply in a garage...

You can send your trans to Lentech and they will do the work for you , I have a late ATX from the focus for 350.00 you can buy and send off that way it comes back ready to go and your not out the time with out your car, i can install the ATX for you for 450.00

The trans i have has 60 miles on it and is a 04
