After Marcus Gronholm won the Rally of New Zealand, it gives Ford their first manufacturers' title for 27 years. Pretty cool!

Ford should make a special edition Focus to celibrate. And I wish Speed carried WRC so I could watch it.

zal (my apologies...being a thief!!), and MSC.....agree with both of you. You have to say though, that Loeb is something special! But, with a great season behind them, with the new car, Ford have to be drooling at the mouth for next year. That's if Ford are still around given their financial problems......and if they are, will they fund a WRC team/car!!!!????

MSC, the sad thing is that I'd bet good money on the fact that if a "special" was ever produced, and we all know that it won't, it would only be sold in Europe!!!!!!!!!

As for Speed...they simply like cars going round and round and round and round, etc. in circles....oval speedways...Nascar[sleeping] .......nothing exciting like WRC! Sad really, since I think that it would get interest. Then again, I'm not a marketing expert!

Ford of europe pays those bills, and ford of europe is in a lot better shape than ford in NA. I hope subaru dials out their issues with the imprezza next season so we can see the three way battle thats been years in the making. Loeb, Gronholm, and Solberg, those men are all drivers of a certain higher level. Solberg is great at making what he's got do the job, Loeb is going down as one of the greatest, and Gronholm has this spectacular car, and is probably one of the brightest drivers in the series. I can't wait for next season.

Thanks for the spoiler you bastard! Some of us haven't finished watching. You could've left "Ford" out of the title.
