I would suggest tires before the LSD is my point. The LSD is an excellent option indeed, but with the best tires, you shouldn't run into too many problems with the lack of an LSD. I very rarely spin my inside wheel - maybe I'm not going fast enough.
But by all means, if you've got the rubber then an LSD is a viable option not to be overlooked. Still, I'm curious to know what class he/she wants to be a competitor in for autocross.
