Head Unit with Bluetooth, iPod support?

I know I'm probably asking for the geek holy grail, but I am looking for a head unit or the capability to use a head unit with my iPod, and also with or as a bluetooth car kit, making the car one big speakerphone. Currently, my car is in hibernation, but I generally do a fair amount of traveling. Prior to April of this year, have driven back and forth to Florida from PA twice.

Would I be better suited trying to import the Pioneer DEH-P70BT from europe/U.K., or holding out till it or some variation of it comes stateside. Are there bluetooth and iPod capable head units available in the U.S. that I am somehow missing?

Or is there some other alternative with the factory sound system? The car has the standard one disc cd player that came on the base model zx3's. I've used the fm modulators, and while they are nice, they don't have the best quality, though the Monster Cable one is the best of the bunch.
