Smile Full under-body skids...

The Maserati is the only vehicle I know of that has FULL under-body skids, to include covering the exhaust well... It is supposed to improve aerodynamics quite a bit, and the weight is not enough to offset the gains.

Just saying, for any of those interested. It is a functional piece of engineering already in use, albeit only on high-end autos...

What does it weigh compared to the felt one? I assume aluminum? What gauge material? Is it thick enough to install a threaded boss?
