i had to replace one rear corner on my 08 when i went to upgrade the springs and absorbers. the nuts spun off with no fuss but as the bolts came out they seized. turns out i had a bad bushing. paid $127 for anew control arm from ford (it was the only option in my area) seems to run 35-55 anywhere else and $12 per bolt (ford only). there was no room to cut them out and i went through a lot of sawzall blades (spring for the hardened steel ones). its an easy chore to do in you garage if you have a jack and stand. torching might be easier but burning a bushing inches from your head isnt the wisest thing... you will definitely need a 4 wheel alignment afterwards (~$90). i would say total time per corner using the sawzall 3hrs (if you need to cut both bolts).
