End cover and probably matching bushing or entire drum of cylinder that runs on the cover, thinking reverse there. Yes, you can replace those parts. Need to look at reverse clutches, common for driver to burn them out trying to get reverse to work.

To throttle blip issue above giving more trouble now, just means more wear has occurred there.
