As I originally recommended, port and polish both intake and exhaust manifolds, coat the exhaust side too, that will help. Remove the butterfly valves too.

Fusion is 230hp stock on the DCT, so not really. But then again, the DCT doesn't seem to be sensitive as is.

193 and 183 differences on the same dyno or different dynos? Did they do a baseline (stock)? Otherwise apples-oranges.

It depends on the cams Gabe went with, I'm guessing for top-end, in which an exhaust that big would help near redline.
