No exact number, thinking the range from .98 idle to 4.84 wide open, idle must be slightly under one volt. The PCM makes up for any slight variance, if TPS put in correctly it should be right. PCM recreates the absolute start and stop volts if switch in right. More important is measuring volts through the swing and no drops or jumps there at all, only smooth increase or decrease of voltage. Look close at idle and just off idle, the switch contacts spend most of the time around there and vibration wears the resistor track more.
Meaning the pure idle setting could vary from switch to switch and still run fine.
