I drive 100% in Sport Plus mode so I shift manually... Almost all the time when I press the button the car shifts. I've noticed on a few cold nights as well as a few times the car has just sat if I get in and drive off right away it takes about a second more to go from like 1st to 2nd but then on it seems pretty much fine... I wrote it off as probably just the cold and I guess that's what it is.
